As the Sales Manager for Grocery, you will have a broad responsibility over a large part of the store. You will lead and develop six sales leaders in the areas of grocery, specialty, health & beauty, organic, dairy/freezer, and beverages. The role is both strategic and operational – you work closely with the business and participate in the daily operations of the store while planning, following up, and developing sales. As part of the store's management team, you actively contribute to the overall development and goals of the store.

• Be responsible for the operation and development of the grocery and related departments

• Lead, coach, and follow up on sales leaders and their teams

• Drive sales, profitability, and customer experience through clear follow-up

• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns and activities

• Participate in scheduling, employee conversations, and competency development

• Ensure structure, order, and inspiring product presentation

• Participate in the management team and contribute to the store's strategic work

We are looking for someone who is a confident and engaged leader with several years of experience in the grocery retail sector – preferably within ICA. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with strategic responsibility and have the ability to motivate and develop your employees. You are structured, business-oriented, and have a genuine interest in service, sales, and customer experience.

• Experience in a leadership role within grocery retail, preferably ICA

• Documented experience of personnel responsibility and results follow-up

• Good understanding of store economics and key figures

• Good computer skills and administrative ability Meritorious: ICA's internal systems (StoreOffice, AoB, My Store) and completed ICA training (e.g., BLU or equivalent)

• Scope: Full-time, 100%

• Working Hours: Varying according to schedule, working every fourth weekend

• Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

• Start: By agreement

• Salary: By agreement and collective agreement
